Lenten retreat

Bilingual Lenten retreat would be conducted by Abbot.Benzes and Br. Prakash in Konkani as well as in English from 17th March to 19th March 2023 at OLVC . The retreat would start with the solemn Mass at 7.00pm followed by Praise and Worship and conclude by 9.30pm.

Linguistic way of the cross

Linguistic way of the cross would be held after the 7pm mass.

The schedule is as follows:

Tuesday - Tamil
Wednesday - Malayalam
Thursday - Konkani
Friday - English

Palm Sunday

7:30 a.m - Blessing and distribution of palms on Don Bosco grounds. Procession to the Church followed by the Holy Eucharist at 8 a.m

9:30 am - English
5.00 pm - Konkani
6:00 pm - English

THE SACRED PASCHAL TRIDUUM

Maundy Thursday

Mass 5.00 pm -( for the sick/ old and home bound) in the OLVC Basement

7.30 pm - Commemoration of the Lord's supper followed by the exposition of Blessed Sacrament (Don Bosco Grounds). This will be followed by prayer and silent adoration at the altar of repose in OLVC church till 12 midnight.

6.00 pm - Divine Mercy Novena followed by Commemoration of
Lord's Passion (Don Bosco Grounds)

Holy Saturday

7.45 pm - Divine Mercy Novena followed by Easter Vigil service.
(Don Bosco Grounds)

Easter Sunday

8.00am - Konkani
9.30am - English

No Novena until Easter. (Mother of perpetual succour)
